Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ExposedRush website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Adult Content

The Service contains sexually explicit material intended exclusively for adults. By accessing the Service you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • viewing, possessing, and transmitting adult sexual content is lawful where you reside and access the Service;
  • you are accessing the Service voluntarily for your personal, non-commercial use;
  • you will not allow any minor to access the Service through your account or device.

We may use age-confirmation prompts, account checks, or other reasonable measures, but ultimate responsibility for compliance with applicable age and content laws rests with you.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including all uploads, votes, messages, and payments. You must keep your credentials, recovery email, and any usercode secret. Notify us immediately at support@chastidrill.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. User-Generated Content & License

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant ExposedRush a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, adapt (for example by generating thumbnails or watermarks), publicly display, and distribute that User Content solely to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Service. This license terminates when you delete the User Content, except (i) for residual backup or analytics copies retained for a reasonable period and (ii) to the extent required to comply with law or to enforce these Terms.

4. Your Representations About User Content

By submitting User Content you represent and warrant that:

  • every identifiable person depicted is at least 18 years old at the time of the recording;
  • every identifiable person depicted has given knowing, freely-given, written consent to (a) being recorded and (b) the recording being uploaded, displayed, and distributed via the Service;
  • you own the User Content or have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to grant the license above;
  • the User Content does not violate any law or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in removal and account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content depicting, appearing to depict, or sexualising a minor. Zero tolerance. Reports are forwarded to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), hidden-camera, stolen, hacked, or otherwise surreptitiously obtained sexual content.
  • Content depicting or promoting incest, bestiality, necrophilia, rape, trafficking, non-consensual violence, or any sexual act prohibited by U.S. federal law.
  • Doxing, threats, harassment, stalking, or impersonation of a real person.
  • Unauthorized use of third-party copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
  • Spam, phishing, malware, scraping, mass automated access, or attempts to defeat security or rate limits.
  • Solicitation of paid sexual services or commercial sex acts.
  • Content that is otherwise illegal where it is created, uploaded, or accessed.

6. Consent & Safety Disclaimer

ExposedRush hosts kink, BDSM, exhibitionist, and chastity-themed content created by adult users. We expect every interaction depicted or facilitated through the Service to be consensual, sober, and safe. Practices including bondage, sensory deprivation, breath play, and chastity carry inherent physical and psychological risk. You participate at your own risk. ExposedRush is not a doctor, lawyer, therapist, or safety officer; nothing on the Service is medical, legal, or psychological advice.

7. Virtual Items & Payments

The Service may offer credits, spotlights, extensions, premium features, or other virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to a feature of the Service. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may modify, expire, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and trade dress, is owned by ExposedRush and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive no license to it except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. DMCA & Reporting

We respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and to reports of non-consensual intimate imagery. See the DMCA & Removal Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content uploaded by users is accurate, lawful, or safe.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will ExposedRush, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ExposedRush and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, exposed us to legal risk, or engaged in conduct harmful to other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including content licensing for residual copies, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by requiring re-acceptance through the age-confirmation modal. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
