18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

ExposedRush is an online platform that hosts user-generated content. With respect to the visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on or accessible through this website, ExposedRush is not a "producer" — whether primary or secondary — as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. ExposedRush's activities with respect to such content are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting, or translation (or any combination thereof) of content provided by users, without selection or alteration of that content beyond automated technical processing.

1. Uploader Responsibilities

The original producer of any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct uploaded to the Service is responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the corresponding regulations, including obtaining and maintaining records that establish, by reference to a government-issued photographic identification, that every performer was at least 18 years of age at the time the depiction was produced.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • every identifiable performer was at least 18 years of age at the time of the recording;
  • where 18 U.S.C. § 2257 applies, you maintain the records required by that statute and the implementing regulations and will produce them on lawful request;
  • you have obtained the consent of every identifiable performer to be recorded and to have the recording distributed via the Service;
  • you have all rights necessary to grant ExposedRush the license described in our Terms of Service.

2. No Records Custodian Designation for User Content

Because ExposedRush is not the producer of user-uploaded content, ExposedRush does not maintain age-verification records for that content. Requests for records related to specific user uploads should be directed to the uploader / original producer.

3. CSAM Zero Tolerance

ExposedRush has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any visual depiction of a minor in sexually explicit conduct, or of an individual who appears to be a minor, is strictly prohibited. Reports are removed immediately, the responsible account is terminated, and information is preserved and reported to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to applicable law enforcement.

To report suspected CSAM on ExposedRush, contact abuse@chastidrill.app immediately. Do not download or redistribute the content.

4. Age Verification & Safe-Harbor Reliance

To the extent any depiction on the Service may be considered "lascivious exhibition" rather than actual sexually explicit conduct, ExposedRush relies on the safe-harbor provisions and exemptions of 28 C.F.R. § 75. ExposedRush further requires uploaders to confirm performer age and consent at the point of upload.
