DMCA & Removal Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-12
ExposedRush respects intellectual-property rights and the rights of individuals depicted in user-uploaded content. We respond to:
- Copyright takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
- Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — including "revenge porn," hidden-camera footage, hacked or stolen content, and any sexual depiction shared without the depicted person's consent.
1. Copyright Takedown Notice
If you believe content on ExposedRush infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@chastidrill.app containing:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list);
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on the Service (URL of the image / gallery / message);
- your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may be rejected. We may share notices with the alleged infringer and the Lumen Database, with personal identifiers redacted where appropriate.
2. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (Priority Channel)
If you are depicted in sexual content uploaded without your consent — or if you are reporting on behalf of a person who is — email abuse@chastidrill.app with the URL of the content and a brief statement that the content depicts you (or the person you are reporting for) and was shared without consent. We aim to acknowledge NCII reports within 24 hours and to remove qualifying content on a priority basis. You do not need to file a formal DMCA notice for NCII removals, and we will not require you to disclose more identifying information than necessary to act on the report.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed under a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@chastidrill.app containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material removed and its location before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which ExposedRush may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or an agent of that person.
If we receive a valid counter-notice we may reinstate the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer. Counter-notices are not available for NCII removals.
4. Repeat Infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and may also terminate accounts based on a single egregious violation.
5. False Notices
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Submit only notices you believe to be accurate.
